My Two cents - We mobilize, now!
With all that has happened in recent months with the out of control abuse of DMCA and Copyright Strike System on Youtube, the time has come to fully mobilize - embed this video and links to all the forums and social media you are part - the time line to recieve comment will end at 11:59 pm April 1 (And this is no April Fools thing).

And to let you know how important this it, I'll leave you with the blog posted by Digital Homicide on their own website shortly after the Mother of all Streisand Effects and PR fiasco of the announcement of their insane lawsuit filed agaisnt Jim Sterling.

After reading the onslaught of feedback I wanted to write a quick explanation here of the context of the current lawsuit. I have seen countless posts stating this lawsuit is in relation to opinion and criticism when in fact it has nothing to do with it. This is not about someone not liking our games this is about someone printing defamatory and false information to you the public and convincing you something is true when it is not and causing massive damage to us in the wake. This is not about you as a normal individual hopping onto the internet and posting an opinion that may upset someone. This is about holding media figures and news outlets to a sense of duty to print factual information not just something to collect views and hits from.

Think of it like this, when you log on to the internet and say whatever comes to mind about someone else it's like walking down the street and you may accidently or purposely walk into someone. Most of the time it's just shrugged off with a hey watch where you are going. Now when you are a media figure printing articles with information you say is fact with 300,000 followers you are no longer just a person walking down the street you are a semi and can cause extreme damage to those you run into. Defamation has become even more relevant with the boom of the internet not just in the context of amount of articles but the way in which those articles are distributed. When a newspaper printed an article that held defamatory material it was distributed and that was it since that days paper had a limited quantity to distribute. Articles and videos of todays news are in fact a neverending printing press exposing the same defamatory statements over and over to new individuals every single day.

If you stop and think about what I have said here you will realize this is to protect you as well, you could be the next person an irresponsible semi driver plows into on the internet highway.

This is coming from the insane rambling mind of the two men who were waiting for Jim's Patreon to reach a certain amount to then go after - I'm not kidding, Robert admit it pretty much in the interview - and If you read those blog update carefully, they pretty much may go after not only Jim and Twitter followers, but everysingle Youtube Channel on that has talked about the feud and sided with Jim. After reading this blog update prompted (and the only update on their GoFundme site) I decided to provide respond Digital Homicide in a massive revision of my Points on the weakeness of their lawsuit - however I did a full serious retouch of the final point...

Now, I know that you two had gone after other smaller Youtube Channels for talking about your fight with Jim (Not to forget you had been mention on Polaris' Daily Byte, Rooster Teeth's Know, as on Total Biscuit) when everyone began to report on the Doxings attacks agaisnt Jim and suspicion pointed at you then. What I'm getting out of these words are that you are actually hoping to get the greenlight to go after all these Youtubers in more lawsuits, not just the Twitter people who had harrass you. Which it would be insane, cause you do know you'll fight Microsoft, which will defend RT, and Disney will support Polaris all the way, and in order to get those Twitter identities you'll have to fight Twitter itself. So by (IF) winning this lawsuit, which is clearly poorly mounted with weak arguements and misunderstanding of the Copyright and Fair Use laws, you hope to go after and silence these people as well in pure Greed and Revenge. You never had the Steam, Youtube and Twitter communities on your side ever SINCE that False DMCA takedown on Jim's Let's Play. You are not only art thieves, scammers, liars and trademark infridgers - but you are the most deplorable greedy people on the planet (put on the same level as Konami). This is why you got the Streisand Effect, which it has never left you since - and the only way it will end is by getting you counter sued by Jim, sued by ECC Games and the artists you stole for Trademark and Copyright infridgement and likely getting investigated by federal law enforcement for issuing threats on the internet, and only you two are fully guilty in getting your family's name humiliated to the ground because of you obsses wounded pride. EVERY single point I made here has been based on what YOU (DIGITAL HOMICIDE) has ever done - you couldn't let go of your pride and now you can't turn the wheel in time to avoid hitting that iceberg. Why the hell a Lawyer is asking for large amounts of money to take a case this weak? Because if you lose, he will walk away with the 75K he got from you, James and Robert. As of now, is almost two weeks since you mounted a frivolous lawsuit, that if allow to win, you'll go down in history as the people who killed free speech in the U.S. This Lawsuit is nothing like the Hogan vs Gawker one (which involve posting a sexual video to the public without permission of the person involved in that video), is because you are tired to get your proven misbehaiving demeanor towards your costumers and attempts to control and silence the negatives review of your games on Steam been shown over and over again. This is an arrogance driven, grotesque fight, to rape the first admendment to the ground for the sake of destroying one person who has the right to criticize your games, and clearly your person (since you were the ones who called him an idiot and the let'splay community Leeches) and that arrogance of yours doesn't make you realize you could be thousands of dollars in debt, open to MULTIPLE lawsuits yourselves and JAILTIME - as filing false DMCAs is illegal, not to mention the doxng threats you have given to Jim. You had not collected even a 10th for the 75k on a scam driven crowdfunding campaing of revenge, because to this day, you had not convience anyone in the community you have a legal standing to go after Jim Sterling - what makes you think you can outsmart a legal eductated Judge when you failed to get a Lawyer in pro bono if you have winneable case? THE LAWYER KNOWS YOU DON'T HAVE A CASE. The free speech and Fair Use that protects Jim from Reprisal from people like you allows me also to make Comics online and mark my words for this - fair use is not to be fair to the copyright holder, is NOT a literal legal meaning, you'd been called on this again and again, and you had blindly ignore the warnings even from people who don't love Jim. Fair Use is to allow the use of a copyright material without the need of asking permission nor paying the Copyright holder as long it is use in a transformative work (such as criticism, review, commentary, reaction and parody). It is not inmunity of any kind from criticism. Your Games are crap and broke, you are talentless hacks and had stolen from others while trying to hide your faces when called out. So word to the wise - NO ONE ON THE INTERNET IS GOING TO BE WILLING TO GO ON A FREAKING CRUSADE TO DESTROY FREE SPEECH ON THE INTERNET WHEN IT MEANS GETTING EXPOSE TO FRIVOLOUS PERSECUTION OF LAWSUITS, LIKE YOURS, BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN OBSSESSION TO DESTROY ONE MAN THAT HAD CRITIQUE YOUR BAD PRODUCTS. Currently their crowdfunding at GoFundme.com campaing is an absolute disaster and it's been two weeks since they file the lawsuit - they are no longer promoting it the link on their Twitter account, but they are still doing so on their Facebook account (at present they've collected $225 out of the $75k they need to hire the lawyer, with 10 anonymous supporters, and I'd noticed James Romine is using the pseudonym of Jim Rayner in the comment section - betcha anything he meant James Raynor, from Starcraft) and I'm starting to have a strong suspicion that James and Robert may be those exclusively those10 donors, pulling the same shit that they did with all those Fake Studio accounts last year.
